Key Events
- On January 14, joint KIA/PDF forces captured a base camp at the entrance to the Military Commission’s Bhamo-based logistics unit (Hta Pa Ya 933), resulting in 20 soldiers surrendering.
- Resistance forces seized two strategic positions on January 15 and 17: the Kantalu toll gate on the Monywa-Mandalay road in Sagaing and a military camp near Pazi village in Ngaphe Township.
