Key Events
- On December 28, the Arakan Army attacked Infantry Battalion 562 in Gwa Township, Rakhine State, resulting in the reported death of a division commander and approximately 700 junta soldiers.
- The Kachin Independence Army (KIA) and joint forces fully captured three military council battalions (IB 601, IB 319, and AB 523) near Mansi, Kachin State by December 25.
