Key Events
- The Arakan Army (AA) captured multiple military targets in Ann Township and Taungup City between November 1 and 5, including an Air Defense Battalion and an artillery base.
- KIA and joint forces seized four military camps in Lagway village and took control of the town of Fimao in Chipwi Township, Kachin State, on November 1–2.
- Junta leader Min Aung Hlaing traveled to Kunming, China, on November 5 to attend the 8th Greater Mekong Sub-Region summit and held meetings with Chinese Premier Li Qiang.
- Military Council forces intensified arrests and arson in Sagaing Region, where 92 civilians were detained and 137 homes were destroyed within the week.
