Key Events

• A concentrated aerial campaign targeted Chin State and Sagaing Region with 34 and 50 airstrikes respectively, accounting for nearly half of the month's total aerial assaults.
• Significant military arson destroyed 530 homes across five regions, with the most severe damage occurring in Magway (176 houses) and Sagaing (163 houses).
• Intensive military engagements in Sagaing and Chin states led to high junta casualties, with 177 and 111 SAC soldiers reported killed in those regions alone.
• Mass arrests by the Military Commission resulted in 317 civilians detained across 10 states and regions, with over a third of these incidents occurring in Sagaing Region.
• Rakhine State recorded significant civilian fatalities with 21 deaths, despite reporting only a single major clash during the month.
