Key Events
- On October 9, the Kachin Independence Army (KIA) captured three military camps in Bhamo Township, Kachin State, resulting in over 30 junta fatalities.
- The Arakan Army (AA) and allied forces completely seized the Natwan strategic base in Ngaphe Township, Magway Region, on October 10.
- Northern Shan State experienced the highest civilian fatality rate this week, with 12 civilians killed, primarily due to junta airstrikes.
- A total of 114 civilians were detained across six regions, with the vast majority of arrests occurring in Sagaing (62) and Magway (27).
