Military operations intensified significantly in Sagaing with nearly 200 airstrikes, while Magway and Bago saw major civilian displacement and property destruction due to systematic arson. Despite sustained aerial bombardment, resistance forces reported high casualty rates among SAC troops across multiple regions.
Key Events
- Military Council troops destroyed 113 houses in Magway Region, comprising the vast majority of the 128 homes burned down nationwide during the third week of June.
- Sagaing Region faced extreme military pressure, recording 181 separate airstrikes and 17 clashes between the SAC and resistance forces.
